Corrections Policy
We want every SmartLivingHut article to be accurate. When we make a mistake, we fix it and are open about it.
How to report an error
Use our contact page and choose "A correction to an article". Tell us which article, what you believe is wrong and, if you can, a source for the correct information.
What we do next
- We review every report.
- If something is wrong, we correct the article promptly.
- For significant errors, such as a wrong specification, an incorrect safety point or a recommendation that changes as a result, we add a note to the article saying what was corrected and when.
- Minor fixes, such as typos and broken links, are made without a note.
Product details that change
Prices, availability and model details change over time. These are updated during our regular re-checks of buying guides and are not treated as corrections, but please tell us if you spot something out of date.
Updates versus corrections
"Last updated" on an article shows when its content last changed in a meaningful way. A correction note is added only when we got something wrong.
